Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer and director best known as the star of Birdman. An actor with a variety of talents, he's adept at playing comedic in addition to dramatic characters. His work has led him to perform a number of love-interest characters as well as appearing in a few action thrillers. When he was in his teens He developed an enthusiasm in acting and performing. He then tried stand-up comedy in his teens. The show was not an enviable profession in comedy, but it did pave the way for a career in acting. Because he could not to become an actor, he decided to work as a TV cameraman. While working at the station, it was when he realized it was his dream to be on camera. He was offered a TV show and he appeared on several episodes of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was an naturally talented actor, and quickly became a household name on the television. His comedic characters brought him fame and he began the career of a filmmaker with high ambitions. He earned further acclaim when he portrayed the eponymous superhero from Tim Burton's Batman. He grew in his abilities as an actor and also started to pursue direction and production. In the film Birdman (2014), he received numerous awards and nominations.
